Every quote is written down before anything starts, and there is no charge while we are still setting you up. Ask us for a figure and you will get one — we would rather have that conversation than publish a number that does not fit your business.

- A monthly rate per employee Banded, so the rate drops as headcount rises. A minimum monthly figure applies to each band.

Working hours, breaks, Sunday and public holiday rules, and record-keeping obligations are built into the platform rather than bolted on. Personal information is handled in line with POPIA, and clients are told exactly what we hold and why.
Employment expertise alongside the software
Margaret is delivered in partnership with an established HR and industrial relations practice. Where a matter needs a practitioner — chairing an enquiry, or representing an employer at the CCMA — that expertise sits alongside the platform rather than being something you have to go and find.
A supermarket group using Margaret Scheduler cut its worst coverage gaps by more than half — without adding a single paid hour to the roster.
